I used three boneless loin chops instead, easier to cook and eat. We also had roast butternut squash, stir-fried turnip greens, and grapefruit. Last week my husband brought me a huge squash when I only needed a cup or two of cubes. So I peeled and cubed the whole squash, and froze what I didn't need. The squash came out pretty good, not quite as good as from fresh though. A Grüner Veltliner to drink.
