To have to supply your own kitchen. Larger rental market and landlords don't have responsibility for appliances. People here rent in places for longer time horizons. The place we moved out of had 2 tenants who had been there for 20 plus years.
Since we bought this we had an empty shell to work with and didn't have to toss or keep any thing that was there. This also extends to light fixtures in most rooms. All of our rooms had a light bulb hanging from the ceiling. Always attractive.

No that isn't a TV. The face of the hood. Although having a screen there for recipes would be nice. But then you need a way to upgrade without junking the hood every 3 years. I hope this is my last kitchen.
