What's for Dinner, Wed., Sept. 17, 2025 [View all]

Miso-glazed salmon over soba noodles.

I'm making this dish myself because it's easy, but I am going to Whole Foods to find some accompanying side dishes.

The plumbing repair continues and I keep finding myself having to do things to facilitate it or listen to complicated explanations of what's going on. This is a tough job for the plumber. I'd have walked off it a long time ago, or never accepted it in the first place (not really, but most people would have).

I'm going to mix cherry kombucha and ginger beer for a drink tonight.

For dessert, I hope to find some tapioca pudding at WF.
