6. Saag paneer

We got some paneer at Costco last week when we visited our younger son, so this is what I made with the first chunk. If anyone has suggestions for further uses, I'm all ears. Recipe was a little twiddly but not to difficult and came out pretty well.

I thought about making apple crisp with apples bought at the farmers market today, but glad I didn't, because we're stuffed now.

It is like fall here right now, quite cool for this early in September.
