4. sirloin steaks, fried plantains, and succotash

The plantains I cooked last week were awful, they turned woody before ripening. They were edible, but not particularly tasty. Didn't have much taste at all, so I'm trying again with fruits from a different grocery. K and I will split a steak, we just don't eat as much as we used to.
