2. I think I may have that problem. When I power up the computer the window comes up

to sign in but neither the keyboard and touch screen will work. I restart or reboot it and it works OK
But have to go through that every time I start it now. I took it to Best Buy they want $175 just to look at it and more
if it needs parts. The computer only cost about $300. I am going to try a local shop and see what they say. This all started
about a week ago had no power outage.

bit locker can be turned off. never needed it in 30 yrs anyway nt msongs Nov 10 #4
