from a close up portrait of Snowy to one that is more consistent with her character and identity as a white wolf. When we walked, especially when we were living in downtown Raleigh, people would stop and ask to pet her and were curious about what kind of dog she was. One little boy said to his mother as we passed by them, "that lady has a white wolf!". She did love to run in the woods where we lived in Chapel Hill, which is where this shot was taken. Without her red harness, one might wonder if, indeed, she could be a white wolf.
