rogue calls. I just don't answer if I haven't saved their number.
Occasionally I do just for fun and I just remain silent and put it on speaker, after 2seconds they hang up. I don't get many repeat calls from those callers. 
Another thing I do is start reciting numbers in a voice that sounds like it could be 'generated'... they just hang up.
