5. VPN?

I had my settings on my antivirus software set to provide enhanced protection when public wifi is used. Many websites do not like VPN. So, after travelling and using hotel wifi, which triggered VPN protection, I was unable to open many files on DU. So, after travel, I have to go to my Avast Mobile Security app. to turn off VPN. (But I forget each time and get irritated. And don't ask me what VPN is.)
