Besides, no one touches my cars other than me, and lifting the bonnet to gaze at the engine is MY job, no one else.

DIY has been ok with me for decades.

Yes, it's cheaper that way, but that is not why I do it.

The upsells still a thing?

I guess that is the only way they can make any money.
