10. Two different times now, I've received items I never ordered and was not charged for.

Each time, I contacted the sender to advise of the mistaken shipment and offer to promptly return the item. I never got a reply from the seller in either case.

And so I continue to enjoy the items: a Bose Bluetooth speaker and a good pair of Skechers shoes (in my size), each valued at about $75. I guess it's not worthwhile to an online vendor to bother reclaiming merchandise of that value.
