The case looked bad when two separate grand juries refused to indict. Jeanine Pirro’s response was to bring the case before a third grand jury, presumably in the hope that the grand jury would screw up. She then indicted on a misdemeanor, which doesn’t require grand jury approval. When three separate grand juries say that this is not a legitimate prosecution, we should believe them.
