She was nominated by Joe Biden. Her confirmation by the Senate had the support of members of both major parties. The vote was bipartisan.

I have no idea what Erika McEntarfer’s politics are. The commissioner of the Bureau of Labor Statistics isn’t supposed to be a cheerleader for anybody.

You can interpret this article any way you wish, but I’m going to stick with the facts, okay?
