I don't think they are rushing...

There may be "bridge too far" stuff in there for the so-called "fiscal conservatives" (teabaggers) who could reject the appropriations bills or try to tweak them... and that would mean that version would have to go back to the Senate for review and vote or tweaking... and if tweaked, then another vote, and back to the House, etc.

Johnson can't lose more than 2 votes or the thing(s) fail(s). He lost 2 with the original C.R.
