One of them expects county taxpayers to foot bill for increased insurance for county government because he refused to obey the law re canvasing/certifying an election. He has been indicted and Supervisor Chip On His Shoulder still won't take a plea deal OR pay the whole bill for his own defense.

The County Attorney when this crime happened told the former CBP supervisor that to refuse the lawful requirement was a crime and the county would not shoulder the cost of his defense.

Marc Alias won a case against the bozo.

There have been reasons to question the behavior of other CBP agents down here. It amazes me that the law abiding agents don't turn on the abusive ones. The abusive ones give the whole group a bad name and probably makes the job harder for all of them.
