The thing about conspiracy theories is, when you're a believer, you want to believe. Many MAGAs have become very, very invested in this Epstein thing. I heard someone on TV describing it as the "Rosetta Stone of right-wing conspiracy theories," because they think the files hold the key to exposing all the elite liberals that they hate.

So it might not matter what the leaders of the MAGA movement want. There are going to be lots of people who want to continue the conspiracy theory even after these grand jury transcripts are released. They're going to say, "These aren't the real files. What's still being hidden?" If the leading MAGA podcasters stop talking about Epstein, surely the people invested in the conspiracy will just go elsewhere, and there will be plenty of other podcasters happy to talk about Epstein and gain new listeners.
