You're going to make me open it, aren't you? I have no idea what the "business with the handhelds is", or who "Parkman" is. A search for "handhelds" with "Parkman", "Trump" or "Tate" brings up nothing.

At least tell us how many minutes of video we have to sit through before the video gets to the point. But a headline is normally associated with news.
