Tuesday

I don't care much for turkey, never have--- at most ate it once a year,
when that was on someone else's dinner menu...

For my 'non-traditional' Thanksgiving dinner for one, in more recent years,
I favor BBQ chicken thighs, jalapeno poppers, baked beans, fried coated okra
and other such 'out of the box' things, in generous quantities!
