Tuesday

I remember feeling incredibly lonely on Thanksgiving in graduate school. I used to hang out in the library hoping someone would invite me somewhere. One year someone actually did. It was a hyper Christian religious gathering, which isn’t my thing, but it beat staying in the dorm. Unfortunately, there was no way to cook in the dorm and they didn’t serve food on the holidays, so I probably just had a Cup ‘o Noodle soup for Thanksgiving. It can be hard when you don’t have family nearby.
