-was over $7 when I bought one for a colleague. Meanwhile, KFC's BIG chicken sandwich is just $4.60.

Granted, I don't really frequent fast food restaurants, but that little bit of anecdote has me wondering if my Wendy's (less than positive) impression is the exception...

Still, it is a disturbing economic trend.
