4. A guy died. Anyone who wants to say it was staged can explain their take on that part in detail, please.

Exactly what happened with respect to the dead guy? Not really dead? Dead but not really shot? Really shot and really dead but by someone else? Really shot and really dead and by the purported shooter but for some reason other than mere accident/collateral damage? What's the deal?
