...for a variety of purposes. That doesn't make them "unfit." RFK Jr IS unfit for his current office, but I strongly doubt psychedelics have anything to do with it. Honestly, his willingness to use them raises him somewhat in my estimation, subject to the caveat that psychedelics don't necessarily make him any fitter, either.
