I went to an outdoor Queen tribute concert tonight [View all]

in the Keys. The band was amazing. Almighty Queen, if you ever have a chance to see them. The guitar player who played Brian May’s role was Colombian and he actually got a Grammy yesterday for some Colombian music he had recorded.
The local man who introduced the group, a fairly well known musician here in the Keys, did some ICE jokes, because they are not very well liked or respected down here and it got a lot of laughs. And then a young man walked past the stage wearing a Maga hat, and the MC looked at him and said, please take that off. It’s very offensive. Big laughs from the audience.
All in all, it was a wonderful evening. Great weather, great music, great knowing that a lot of communities are standing up to fascism in their own way.
