To build a good theory it must be based on facts, data, evidence.

In terms of predicting human behavior, the best predictor of future behavior is past behavior.
Humans are creatures of habit and repeat the same patterns over and over.

Trump NEVER admits guilt. He has no history of taking responsibility, doing the right thing,
or quitting against his will.

Trump, his family, his pals are making a huge fortune with Trump in the WH.
Why would Trump voluntarily walk away? His children would prevent it if at all possible.

Trump will never do anything that might land him in prison.
Resigning might lead to that possibility.

Impeachment requires a functioning congress and there is zero data to support this scenario.
