19. The problem is that a Delta 9 gummie is not a full-blown, full-strength cannabis product

I lived in Colorado for a year, I went to dispensaries. People who are legally able to buy pre-rolls and flower and edibles are NOT GOING TO BUY a Delta 9 gummy with 3% or less THC.

https://www.marijuanamoment.net/congress-passes-bill-to-recriminalize-hemp-thc-products-sending-it-to-trumps-desk/

The link above states "the ban will apply even to nonintoxicating CBD products that people use for medical reasons."

and, once again, "gas stations" are CITED as the JUSTIFICATION and RATIONALE for this, but the "solution" is

Tucked inside the legislation is a controversial section to recriminalize hemp products containing THC that have proliferated since the crop was legalized under the 2018 Farm Bill that Trump signed during his first term in office. The president’s latest action reverses that move.

People keep misinterpreting this, thinking the only thing that's going to happen is that you won't be able to buy gummies at gas stations.

The bill REVERSES the 2018 Farm bill, which made hemp products with less than 3% THC legal. THEY WILL NO LONGER BE LEGAL.
