19. If Chump is a money launderer he learned it from his buddy Jeffrey

Here's what I believe: Chump saw how much money Jeffrey made by investments, including selling stocks to the Russian oligarchs at great profit. So Chump wanted to get in on that and he began selling condos in the Chump hotels to oligarchs for exorbitant prices. This was happening in the early 90's when his casinos were going belly-up.

The oligarchs couldn't just come in and buy US property, they had to set up dummy corporations in which they were the sole owners - shielded from scrutiny. Chump told them how to do it, and I'm thinking maybe it was info that Jeffrey gave him. The buyers of Chump's condos were named "ABC Investments Inc." or something similar, but it was actually owned by Russians.

Michael Cohen has outlined much of this in his books, but I don't think he was smart enough to know about the dummy corporations. That came from Epstein. I'm just spitballin' here, it's all a guess but we'll find out the details soon enough.
