One step at a time. I'm sure it is scary. My husband went through cancer surgery and radiation followup six months after we bought our house in Delaware. I was a nervous wreck and he was scared, too. Perfectly normal. The good news is that surgical and cancer approaches have made enormous advances.
Sending my best wishes for a speedy recovery.

Marvelous news. I was terrified of my cancer surgery as well. You'll do fine. Just take your time recovering.
