Monday

since the election results became obvious. I knew I couldn’t emotionally handle it and, like you, hearing Trumps voice destroys me. Also, I believe Trump wants us to be fearful and dominated by the news headline of the day instead of the actual full destruction of the country.

I read the news and do not constantly stay on alert for the next TV news update. I was/am too much of a news junkie and it was harming my life. I also try to focus on what I can do like protests, calling my ridiculous Republican member of Congress, and will start campaigning once again to defeat my Congress member and support re-districting in California.
