Some people on Reddit, Instagram and Threads went as far as to suggest a boycott of In-N-Out. In the comments of In-N-Outs most recent Instagram post, a few shared a #boycottinnout tag. Theres too many good burgers in Los Angeles to go to a fast food chain like In-n-Out where the owner openly says they hate California, read one Los Angeles Reddit thread with 2,400 upvotes. One video on TikTok calling for a boycott (and calling Snyder a nepo baby in the process) has racked up over 112,000 likes.
More than anything, California fans of the burger chain seemed to see Snyders comment as a betrayal of the state that built her business.

Said the person who became a billionaire doing business almost exclusively in California. So much so, it was a point of pride for the chain. Gotcha.
