the write up did state the male creep began the harassment by intentionally trying to spoil photos her Mom was taking of her.

If anything, it was they who should've been removed for the harassment.

She should sue the cruise liner, if for no other reason than to obtain identifying information (via discovery) so the rest of the world can learn who these cretins are.

They didn't mind trying to embarrass, disparage her. Return the favour.
