even commissioned an autopsy by an independent doc. who concluded that Epstein was probably murdered.
That said, evidence derived from the body of course remains in dispute. I understand that the docs on both sides agree that it would be extremely helpful to see a photo of how the body was found the position and so on and under the circumstances, once it had been determined that Epstein was in fact dead, a photo should have been taken without moving the body, if possible; but as far as I know, no such photo has been provided.
In fact, more than one "noose" was found in the cell, and there's debate over which if any was actually used, whether by Epstein or someone else. The nooses were said to have been torn from Epstein's sheets or uniform(s), and there were extra sheets in the cell as well as an extra mattress the extras also being anomalous ; and I've never seen any answer as to whether anyone determined whether the nooses found were in fact torn from the items found in the cell or if so, which ones they came from.
In another case, some of these questions might seem picayune; but given the potential leverage Epstein or others might have had and perhaps have already used to control or influence our elected leaders or other important figures based on the dirt Epstein had likely accumulated on them, let alone the gravity of the alleged sex crimes in which such figures participated, these questions seem worth exploring.
There are, moreover, many other facts and circumstances that should raise questions about both Epstein's alleged suicide and Trump's belated claim that there is no evidence that anyone but Epstein and Maxwell actually engaged in any abuse.
