Vance is the puppet of some very radical right wing conservatives who are rich and who want us to go back to being little more than a serfdom.

And he will do whatever they want him to.

Then, there is his own racism and ignorance. He will be completely on board with full-on 'safety patrols' and whatever else he needs to assure his owners that he is solely in their camp and will never aid anyone but them, as well as keeping the rabble in line to keep on making the rich richer.

I am more concerned about him than the orange gibbon, to be honest.
