10. (A permanent end to the war still seems very far away.)

I have been posting this since the end of January, saying that conditions are not ripe on the ground for a peace agreement, implying it was largely a wasted effort. I have even quantified it as being at least 2 years away. To me, the rest of this is just a sideshow.Put the focus on ways to shorten that 2 year period where conditions finally ripen for an end to the war. One would be political and the other would be military. The political aspect would be a propaganda blitz to destablize the Putin government where the Russian people throw him out. The other would be to provide more military equipment to Ukraine, especially air defenses. Both operations would need far more work than what is mentioned here - just get it done.
