In any kind of management situation, losing one’s temper and yelling is unacceptable. In management, people are advised to disengage in the situation and return to it when the angered person gets control.

This same press conference is discussed in another clip posted here, where Mary Trump tells the similarities in this behavior and his father’s, who lived with dementia for quite some time.

While he claims he was angry over a trade situation, the more likely scenario is that he is facing the fact that he has nowhere to turn with Epstein. Later he gets very wrapped up in his new defense on Epstein being a “Democrat” problem that has nothing to do with the fine work Republicans have done. I guess that would be the billions of the US Treasury that’s gone to Argentina.
