I'm not an attorney, but i hear the word "discovery" tossed around quite often. Trump sues, then dumps the case because he doesn't want any case getting to that stage.

Uhm, call him on it! When he singles someone out as being on the list, sue HIS fucking ass! He'll have no choice but to go through this discovery phase?
