Second, was Ghislane Maxwell over the age of 21? ( legally over 18... but what the heck ).

Was she paid to perform sexual favors?

If not... f' it. Two consenting adults engage in sex in a bathroom. BFD. If the two people were not famous it wouldn't even make a footnote.

I have had sex in a bathroom, an elevator, and on the grounds of the Palace of Fine Arts in SF and on the beach at the Cliff House and quite a few other "public" places.

If they had been witnessed I guess we could be charged with public indecency. Pretty sure we were not.

But other than that... who cares? There isn't a allegation here of George having sex with underage girls or forcing himself on anyone.
