that any prosecutor with any functioning brain cells (not destroyed by decades of deep alcoholism in this case) can get an indictment against a ham sandwich because there is nobody in the GJ room to argue the side of the accused, and the standard for indictment is extremely low: probably cause, i.e only a whisker above a 50/50 call.

But this lifelong drunk literally couldn't get an indictment against a ham sandwich.
