I have a friend who is a consultant, they use AI for some development and other things to service their clients, the one thing that I think is important to realize, from what he told me, is that because AI is so new, lawyers are having a hard time because laws are not clear at this time, they are trying very hard to work on the contracts, etc., but the lack of laws makes it harder for them, so until laws become solid bad people will be taking advantage.

I don't know if the pentagon would be doing that if someone else, an honest person, were running it.
