The real reason the felon's taking over DC:
to accustom the rest of the country to get used to the presence of military and masked abductors in U.S. cities -- to get Americans used to the idea of dictatorship, and not to mentally or emotionally resist, but just adapt to their helpless status before the dictator's power.
