A new expose by Human Rights Watch is out exposing the cruel and unusual and inhumane treatment by the Trump Administration in U.S. detention centers, including chaining human beings together to eat off the floor like dogs; forcing women to use the bathroom in front of men, and ICE agents turning off video cameras to beat detainees.
