The billion and half dollars the Harris Campaign spent did not help the election, the party or the country. This radio network could be a way to target marketing at the entertainment starved Scotch-Irish. This may not garner any Scotch-Irish votes but could provide them with targeted engagement. This radio network could be a way to gather input from outside the Washington bubble
