Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy warned of “mass chaos” at the airports if the government shutdown does not end soon. He said portions of airspace could even be closed. Meanwhile, the White House says the SNAP program will be funded, despite an earlier post from President Trump saying benefits would only be made available once the government reopens.
