I'm not sure what this means, either. If Bondi is the one who has access to it, the last thing she'd want is for it to be released. And I certainly wouldn't trust her to release anything that would implicate TFG. Sounds to me it's up to the Democrats to execute the subpoena - and any Republicans who are angry enough to want to learn the truth. But I'm sure that we haven't heard the end of this after Lawrence's forthcoming interview with the attorney for the victims.
