5. Biden beating Hillary by minimum 15 points

These districts were those where the Trump clinton margin was 10 or less. Clinton won most. Even if we assume Clinton won by 10 in every one Biden at a minimum outperforms Clinton by 15. That sounds encouraging.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
