1. That clears up the last remaining delegates from primaries that have occurred....

As you point out, Biden only needs 45.9% of the remaining delegates, Sanders 64.1%.

For perspective, in the 30 that have already happened, he's only exceeded 64.1% in three primaries/caucuses - one being Northern Marianas worth a whopping 6 delegates and another being home state of Vermont worth 11 delegates! The third was Nevada where he got 24 delegates.

So, three >64.1% worth an aggregate of 37 delegates (less than 1% of ALL delegates!) and he expects to get more than 64.1% in each and every one of the next 27?

primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden
