9. Maybe the young people did show up

They just didn't vote for Bernie. When I went to polls, back on Super Tuesday, I saw a lot of young people. Maybe they voted for Biden or Warren or one of the other candidates. Who knows? I hate this idea that only young people were interested in voting for Bernie and that if Bernie didn't secure the nomination, it would be the fault of the young people. Bernie doesn't have a monopoly on "the young people". I think a lot of people under 35 looked at Biden and saw a candidate who has an established record of getting things done and as such would have a better time working across party lines to get this country moving forward, instead of moving backwards like it has the last four years.

Either way Biden has built a strong coalition of moderates and progressives and its a shame Bernie couldn't have joined Biden in moving that coalition forward.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden
