a much larger scale in November. Assuming 2 million Americans haven't died by then, and the election actually happens. (Not trying to be an ass, that's a very dark possibility we are now facing.)

As for his motives, I don't know. I can only guess, or make assumptions if I was in his position. I choose to assume good intentions in his case.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
