It was during the debate. Bernie was saying all we needed to do is have m4a and covid would be taken care of. Biden pointed out that Italy has universal healthcare and yet they are getting slammed. Meaning, you also need proper leadership, not just universal healthcare. That was the context of this .

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
