15. I agree with your take on the DNC job.

I think O'Malley would do a great job but I think the party should save him for better things. A cabinet post, VP, or even just head of an important agency. He's brilliant and good at coming up with solutions. (On one hand I'd like to put him in charge of the Veterans Administration. But unfortunately there are so many intractable root problems there, that no single person would be able to solve and he'd inevitably be stained with "failure" - even if he made great improvements in many areas. Unfortunately that is probably the case with most or all important jobs in government these days.)
