Martin O'Malley raised a really good rebuttal to the naked numbers ... [View all]

being used to criticize his "broken Windows" policing policies, on Politics Nation, this morning.

The Rev. Al showed a graphic of Baltimore's population, along with the numbers of arrests ... noting that 1/6th of population had been arrested (during that year).

O'Malley responded that the arrests ACTUALLY reflected a (relatively) small number of "offenders" being arrested over and over again ... and this is something that we know occurs ... and is the danger of drawing conclusions from naked numbers.
